I start with the designer paper and took off from there. The border punch is by MS and I punched it in two colors and inserted the negatives. The image is by House Mouse and lightly colored with Copics. Cut out with SB dies. The sentiment is from an old SU! set and after stamping it I added some dots around it to help it stand out more.
